I'm very impressed by how professional and friendly Mike was. I was nervous to call and wasn't sure what to do about my situation. He made me feel at ease, and went the extra mile to educate me on various strategies/scenarios. He definitely cares about people, is honest and is passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend him.
